The information is fed back to our helpdesk real time which allows our procurement team to order and specific parts and arrange on a next day delivery in the unlikely event our engineer doesn’t have the part on board.

Our engineers carry over 200 parts onboard, which allows them to carry out a high percentage of first time fixes.
