National Site Service Manager

Ideally Office Based In Coventry

Responsible for sourcing and vetting of subcontract Installation teams, delivering the works within budget, to customer specification and quality standards, inline with company processes and procedures.

Ensuring that all contractors adhere to our HSEQ policies, conduct regular reviews and manage compliance.

Working closely with management team to ensure Installation escalations are dealt with to the satisfaction of the delivery managers.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring the availability of installation teams to meet the needs of the business

Responsible for managing direct and subcontract installation teams according to process, procedures and quality.

Responsible for the line management of site managers and supervisors.

Working with HSEQ team to ensure Quality, Health and Safety is championed and managed in the field.

Responsible for investigating accidents/incidents, conducting audits and compiling reports

Work across a diverse multifaceted business promoting and demonstrating strong collaboration and teamwork.

Coordinate the activities with other site-based tasks and related staff.

Accurately predict future needs and form plans that constantly adapt to shifts in the market.

Monthly progress reporting to the Board.

Seek regular independent feedback from customers regarding the quality and standard of the services and products provided. Insights to be fed back to the Customer Account Manager and included in our continuous improvement plans.

Actively look for new ways of work, products that bring innovation and opportunities that add value.

Experience & Qualifications

Extensive refrigeration & electrical related experience within the retail environment (Essential).

Experience working alongside HSEQ teams and a clear understanding of statutory requirements.

Hold relevant H&S and construction site qualifications.

Strong commercial skills (Essential).

Holds a Valid UK driving licence (Essential).

Working Hours..

37.5 hours per week – Monday To Friday

Flexibility is key as there will be a variety of evening commitments and overnight stays supporting complex sites and be available outside for core hours at times.
