NG Refrigeration is set to introduce 30 new MAN eTGE and e-Transit Vans by the end of the current financial year, with half of them projected to be in operation before Christmas across London. This marks a significant increase from the initial plan of incorporating only 13 e-LCVs into the fleet by 2024. The addition of these 30 vehicles will result in the elimination of over 700,000 diesel-powered road miles annually, leading to a reduction of up to 170,000 kg in NG Refrigeration’s CO2 emissions.

NG Refrigeration is committed to transitioning our entire fleet of 265 vans to electric vehicles by 2032, three years ahead of the Government’s postponed ban on the sale of new diesel vehicles. This initiative will result in saving six million diesel-powered miles annually and eliminating 1.3 million kg of CO2 emissions. By doing so, we are significantly reducing our carbon footprint and aligning with our broader commitment to achieve net zero emissions by 2040.
