We are excited to announce that NG Refrigeration has successfully acquired specific assets of Cooling Solutions as of August 2024. This acquisition was completed as an asset deal, with our subsidiary, NG Capital, serving as the acquiring entity.

Cooling Solutions is a reputable company in the commercial refrigeration industry in the UK. In July 2024, Cooling Solutions entered administration, leading to NG Refrigeration Group acquiring key assets such as trademarks, domain names, fixed assets, and the Goodwill of Cooling Solutions from the administrators. Additionally, we have welcomed 58 engineers from Cooling Solutions to our team as part of this acquisition. It is important to note that all management of Cooling Solutions is not included in this transaction.
